Operations Support Specialist - Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manage attendance information for events/meetings and ensure participation is captured and reported accurately
    • Maintain complex and detailed calendars
    • Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
    • Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
    • Handle regular activities without prompting and advise in advance on issues or delays
    • Assist in editing spreadsheets and presentations
    • Coordinate and/or manage on ad hoc projects as requested
    • Assist with various applications and system access requests
    • Data management, scheduling and planning, reporting, and communications


    • With the relevant educational credentials for the role, which include academic background or related trainings and/or certifications
    • Administrative experience, ideally supporting a senior level officer is a plus
    • Highly organized and a fast learner
    • Experience with basic data entry and reporting
    • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
    • Strong proficiency in MS OFFICE particularly in MS Excel
    • Excellent etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
    • Highly detail-oriented, produces accurate and consistent results
    • Should possess structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy and flexibility to a high-paced deadline driven organization
    • Work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output
    • Are willing to work onsite in Alabang
