        Qualifications:

      • Roles and Responsibilities:

        • Manage day-to-day operations and team’s overall performance
        • Create action plans, and track progress
        • Conduct performance appraisals, and provide regular feedback to the team
        • Suggest changes in operations as needed to meet service level agreements
        • Train new hires and provide process updates to existing employees
        • Maintain a consistent successful production pipeline
        • Create and send reports required by the client

      • Roles and Responsibilities:

        • Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
        • Ensure all network and communication systems are up and working effectively (Data and VOIP).
        • Manage and support server based information and communication systems.
        • Maintain up-to-date accurate records for inventory and repair/maintenance work performed within the company.
        • Test and evaluate new technology and/or peripherals
        • Provide technology assistance to the workforce and management team
        • Conduct safety checks on all equipment
        • Perform other functions and requests assigned by immediate superior

        Qualifications:

        • Has solid background in IT operations and monitoring of performance metrics in support of the company's business goals.
        • Minimum of at least one (1) year experience in IT Operations within his/her area of responsibility.
        • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Technician or equivalent.
        • Basic knowledge in website development, e-mail configuration, web hosting, programming, and Cisco routers are a huge plus

      • Roles and Responsibilities:

        • Responsible for screening and interviewing applicants.
        • Partners with managers to determine the current hiring needs.
        • Drafts job offers and contracts.
        • Conceptualizes and creates social media campaigns.
        • Receives and tracks pre-employment requirements of new hires.
        • Conducts COC/Compensation and Benefits orientation.

      • Roles and Responsibilities:

        • Communicate with clients by phone or by email.
        • Track attendance, night differential and overtime.
        • Assist in setting-up of workstation of new hires by coordinating with the right department/s.
        • Provide first level technical support (hardware and phone system) for the entire team.
        • Coordinate with clients regarding process changes and updates.
        • Provide process updates to existing employees and/or new hires when Team Coach is not available.
        • Create action plans, and track progress.
        • Maintain a consistent successful production pipeline.
        • Act as a buffer for the account (make calls and/or process work orders as needed).
        • Create and send reports required by the client.
        • Conduct performance appraisals, and provide regular feedback to the team.
        • Suggest changes in operations as needed to meet service level agreements under supervision of Operations Manager.
        • Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of your team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and mentoring.
        • Monitor team’s overall performance and suggest ways to ensure they meet their goals.
        • Join coaching sessions for associates when necessary.
